Problems viewing the videos

    The version of Flash on your computer is out-of-date. You need to download and install the latest version of Flash for your browser (it's free). To download and install the latest version of Flash here.

  2. A video stops playing all of a sudden and nothing seems to get it to play!

    It could be your browser cache is full. Here's how to clear it.

    • Internet Explorer
      Choose Tools >> Options from the menu bar.
      On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.
    • Firefox
      The Firefox Options dialogue box, click on the PRIVACY icon and then click on the CACHE tab. Click the CLEAR CACHE NOW button to delete any files that are in the cacheand click OK.
    • Safari
      Click on the heading 'Safari' and choose 'EMPTY CACHE. Click OK.

    The speed of your internet connection can be problematic at times. If your connection isn't fast enough you can get starts and stops in playback.

    In addition if your computer's processor isn't powerful enough you may have some issues as well. We do our best to make these videos as small as possible but still have the quality you expect to see on a training site.

    To solve either of the above issues try starting the video and then hitting pause until you see the movie is fully loaded (in the load bar) and then hit play. This should allow for a smoother playback.

    I've done all of the above, but I still can't watch the videos.

    We'd recommend trying a different browser. For example, if you're using Internet Explorer, use Firefox instead. If you still have problems, it's likely your computer has configuration issues and needs to be worked on by a qualified technician.
